For Invasion, our visual effects team brought the large-scale chaos of an alien takeover to life through a combination of grounded realism and cinematic spectacle. Many driving sequences were filmed against green screen, allowing us to composite actors seamlessly into dynamic environments. We also created detailed city matte paintings that evolved throughout the series, showing skylines darkened by alien influence, and atmospheric effects that reflected the spreading invasion. These VFX elements worked together to convey a sense of escalating tension and global scale while maintaining an intimate, human perspective at the story’s core.
